To back up our claim we sell each pair with a free six year warranty against all wear and tear claims. This means that we will solve any quality issue with your shoe that has occurred within six years of your purchase by repairing or servicing/re-finishing the shoe with absolutely no additional charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by anything other than normal wear and tear, including abusive use of the shoes.
To use this warranty service simply courier the shoes to us in a box to the following address:

Please include a note mentioning the problem with the shoes. We will fix any problems and return the shoes to you via courier to your address anywhere in the world!
